  • Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
    Yes, you need to register to be able to place an order. This helps us track your course progress, and your order history. You can also take advantage of our offers and promotions that are exclusive to registered members.
  • How do I create an account?
    Click on our drop down menu option on the left hand side of the home page. Scroll down to the bottom and click "create account".

  • Do you provide order tracking information?
    Once you’ve placed your order, you will be sent a confirmation email immediately after your order has been successfully submitted. We will also send you a confirmation email providing tracking information once your order has shipped. If you don’t receive an email confirmation, check your ‘spam’ or ‘junk’ folder and it should be there.
  • Can I make changes to my order?
    As soon we receive your order we start processing it. If the order has been submitted and we have started working on it then it can’t be changed or canceled.

  • How can I track my order status?
    Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you by email of the shipment status. This email will also provide you with tracking information and the ability to access the status of your order.
  • Do I get an order confirmation?
    Yes. Once you’ve placed your order, an order confirmation message, which will contain your order details, will be emailed to you. If an email does not appear to have been received, please check your spam folder.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept PayPal, Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Afterpay, Payright, ShopPay, GooglePay and ApplePay
  • Is it safe to use my credit or debit card?
    The security of personal information is a high priority for us. We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect against unauthorized disclosure, use, alteration and destruction of the personal information in our possession. Any information you transmit on our website is protected.
  • What if I entered the wrong shipping address for my order?
    If your order has not yet been processed in our shipping system, we may be able to modify your shipping address for you. If your order has already been processed for shipment or is already in transit, we unfortunately are not able to modify the shipping address. We kindly recommend that you contact your local post office to arrange for a possible address change or pick-up of the package. If you are unable to receive your package, please contact our Customer Support Team and we will do our best to assist you further.
  • What payment plans do you offer?
    We offer two different payment plan methods Afterpay and Payright. Both payment methods are interest free. When paying by afterpay, you will repay your course back in four easy instalments. When paying by payright, you can repay your course back in 3, 6, 9 or 12 month bite sized options.
  • Shipping & Delivery
  • How long is the shipping?
    The shipping timing varies with your delivery destination. You would have received a tracking number that you can use to track your order. If you order can not be tracked, please contact info@dearlashbabe.com.au
  • How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?
    We begin processing your order immediately after it has been placed, however, we ask for 3-5 business days for us to prepare and ship your item.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we do ship everywhere.
  • Why do I receive part of my order?
    We ship from different warehouses using different carriers so some items might arrive earlier than others. As well, often times some parcels experience shipping delays while others do not. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number to info@dearlashbabe.com.au
  • What if my parcel doesn’t arrive?
    We ask if you could patiently wait up to 5 days after the promised delivery date to receive your parcel in case of a delivery delay, but we will do our best to get your parcel to you as fast as we can. If you have still not received your order after this time, please contact us stating your order number to info@dearlashbabe.com.au and we will look into this for you.

  • What is your refund policy?
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

  • Is an online lash course for me?
    If you're looking for flexibility and self paced learning in between juggling family, work and other commitments. Then studying online is perfect for you.
  • Will I receive a certificate for Classic and Volume lashing.
    Yes, you will receive individual certificates for Classic Lashes and Volume Lashes.
  • Is there a time limit on my online course?
    No, your course is self paced. You can take as little or as long as you want to complete the course.
  • Can I open my own business after the course?
    Yes, you can build a profitable business providing the services you have learn through our courses. We will also teach you the steps to opening your own business.
  • What are your course prices?
    Our online lash course ranges from $650 for both blended classic and volume lash training. You can head to our online lash course page to find out more.
  • Will I learn Classic and Volume lashing in the one course?
    Yes, we have made our courses extremely affordable and teach our students both Classic and Volume lashing in the one course. We believe in safe application methods and proper lash training. Even though we have blended our lash training courses, we still believe that you should not learn volume lashing until you have mastered classic lashing. Therefore, we will not approve or submit your volume lash certificate until you have successfully completed the classic training first.
  • When will my lash kit be sent to me?
    Once you have made the payment for your kit or course and kit package. It may take 1-5 days to be sent to you.
  • When will my course start?
    Once you have paid for your course, you will have instant access to your course on the "course access" tab located on the drop down menu.
  • Are there any photos of what the kits look like?
    You can see everything that comes in our kits by going to the kits in our shop tab from the drop down menu.
  • Do I need any experience or previous certificates to do the course?
    No experience or certificates are required for you to do our online course.
  • Do I get a certificate when I've completed the course?
    Yes, you will receive two seperate certificates. One certificate for classic lash extensions and certificate for volume lash extensions.
  • How long will my training run for?
    The entire course is self-paced learning. You can move at a pace that you are comfortable at. The content itself could take you an estimated week or two to complete. There is no time frame as to how long you have access to the course. Giving you the safety net to walk away and return when it suites you.

    Yes. You need to use the gift card before its expiration date.
